Most orders are shipped within three business days. Custom painted fiberglass, fabricated aluminum and other special items may take additional time to ship. See individual product pages for lead time details. Whenever possible, please order before twelve noon (EST) to save one day shipping time. Call toll-free 888-468-1554 to confirm product availability, shipping information and any additional charges for special delivery.
Will you ship internationally?
All listed prices include shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the US. International orders will receive a 10% discount off listed prices and will be quoted actual shipping and handling to their destination. ePlanters is a non-resident importer to Canada to make it easier for Canadian buyers. We also leverage zone jumping to Canada to reduce shipping charges when possible. What is your return policy?
If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. However, any item(s) received undamaged, where the correct items were shipped that you want to return will require that the customer pays for the return shipping & handling charges/fees.
