Product Overview

The Cavo from COSAPOTS is a shallow bowl planter with a wide opening and low height. This faux-stone flower pot sits close to the ground and reads as substantial without taking up vertical space, which makes it easy to place in areas where taller planters would feel in the way.

Two sizes cover most residential uses. The 19.7" diam. × 8.5"H is typically used on smaller patios, along walkways, near entry doors, or anywhere with limited clearance. It holds enough soil for a full planting but keeps the overall footprint compact. The 31.5" diam. × 10.4"H is more at home in larger entry areas, open patios, and wider interior spaces where a smaller bowl would look undersized. At this diameter, it's often used as a single focal planting or placed in pairs.

Like all COSAPOTS planters, Cavo is made from premium fiberglass with a hand-finished faux-stone surface. Each piece shows natural variation in tone and texture and carries the visual weight of stone at roughly 25% of the weight. Designed in Belgium by architects and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Drainage holes optional.

This product is backed by the Cosapots 5 Year Warranty.

 

The Pots Company NV, Evolis 100, B-8500 Kortrijk, Belgium, provides a guarantee for our Cosapots Collection under the following conditions:

Each Cosapots planter holds a five (5) year warranty from the time of acceptance of the product. We warrant the initial purchaser of our products that they are of quality material and workmanship, and are free of manufacturing defects.

The Pots Company, at their sole discretion, will repair, exchange or give credit for the original purchase price of any item proving to be of defective materials or workmanship.

Mishandling, misuse, abuse, failure to follow directions for use, unauthorized modifications, neglect, accidents or any other hazard to the product voids the five-year warranty.

The warranty service is provided in such a way that a damaged product will be replaced free of charge with an equivalent product from our product portfolio. Due to the long guarantee period, the replacement product may differ in color, shape, and size from the damaged product.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that water is able to drain sufficiently from the planters with outdoor use. This is notably important in regions that are subjected to freezing conditions.

Preparation & Planting Instructions for Fiberglass Planters

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from invoice date on all products except fiberglass items (due to their custom-painted nature), custom fabricated items such as aluminum planters, planters with added drainage holes, and clearance items. All authorized returns will be refunded the total order amount minus a restocking fee of 30% of the order subtotal and the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location. Returns must be received in sellable condition, otherwise credit is subject to our discretion. No returns will be accepted without advance consent.

Claims or Shortages

For orders delivered via freight, visible signs of damage during shipping must be noted on the receipt at time of delivery. For these or any other damages or shortages, we must also be notified within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to replace any products free of charge due to time constraints for filing damage claims with the carrier. The customer must keep all shipping boxes, packing material, and damaged item(s) for the carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be given.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received prior to shipping. In the event of cancellation after shipping, and/or if the shipment is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee of the order subtotal plus the cost of shipping both to and from the customer’s location.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS for standard size orders. It is our policy to ship via the most economical means possible. Oversized orders are shipped using a freight carrier.

What are your standard delivery fees for the contiguous US?

Our shipping charges include handling, order processing, item picking, packaging, and transportation of items. Oversize shipping charges may apply to some items due to their large size or bulkiness. Please refer to the following table for our standard delivery fees based on the total value of merchandise shipped to each address:

What are your basic oversized freight delivery fees?

Our oversized freight delivery fee is a flat rate of $395. Delivery is typically made to the door depending on access. To ensure a smooth delivery process, an adult (18 years or older) must be present to sign for delivery. Items shipped via basic freight delivery are boxed and delivered to your door. Our carrier will contact you 1-2 days before the estimated delivery date to schedule a convenient time.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Do you ship to the Caribbean, South America, international, overseas?

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily correct your shipping address. We can also change your address if your package has already shipped.
