Delivery Times
Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location, the specific product and the size of the product. You can estimate delivery dates for individual products by adding the \\\"Ships Within\\\" to the \\\"Shipping Time\\\" under the product details of each product. This is especially useful if your gift is time sensitive. Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for shipping costs and methods other than UPS Ground.
How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.
Pre-Ship Processing Time
is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.
Free Shipping Policy
Products which have free shipping, are noted directly on the product pages. Products which have free shipping, are shipped via UPS Ground Service. You may be able to upgrade the shipping service on these products, but would be charged for the actual shipping cost of the upgraded shipping service. If this amount is not shown at checkout, please contact one of our customer service representatives, who will assist you further.
Products with Free Shipping are currently only available for free shipping to the Lower 48 United States, all other locations will be charged for shipping.

Want to know how much a product will cost to ship?
We provide you shipping costs for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air Service, and Overnight Air. To obtain these quotes, as you are shopping, simply add the product you are interested into your cart, on the Shopping Cart Page enter the zip code you want to ship to. We will calculate the approximate shipping costs for the above UPS services. If you need a delivery service not shown, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives, who will be able to acquire that information for you.
For all other locations besides the US, please call a Customer Service Representative who will be able to assist you with shipping rates.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver only to the United States, EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii. We can make international deliveries (or to Puerto Rico). For these costs, please contact one of our customer care representatives.
Tracking The Shipment of Your Order
We send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. In it, we provide you the tracking number you can use to track your order. We also list the tracking number with your order detail if you click the \\\"Order Status\\\" button when you log in to your account.
Where is Your Order?
If the UPS tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item as returned to us, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have attempted to deliver it but been unsuccessful, or the carrier may have lost it.
If You Are Not Home
It is up to the driver\\\'s discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, he/she will try a few times to get one. After that, the package will be returned as \\\"undeliverable\\\" and you should get a full refund unless it is determined the order was improperly \\\"refused.\\\" These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.
Products Arriving Together
Most of the products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at the same time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, they may arrive separately. If you log in to your account, you can see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determines the number of packages that were shipped. On the UPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package.
Can I Ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico? Do You Accept International Orders?
At present, we are able to fulfill shipments outside of the continental United States. However, shipping costs to these locations, must be confirmed with a customer care representative, who will assist you with your order.
Can I Ship to A.P.O. Box, or APO/ FPO Address?
At present, we are unable to fulfill shipments to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. However, we hope to provide this service in the near future.
